Friday Evening is an Open Vivencia, all are invited. It begins the journey and return that will happen Saturday and Sunday.
The days begin around 8:30 with a light breakfast offering in our shared living space. At 9:30 we will clean up together, and at 10 we begin our deepening work together in the workshop space. We will have a 2ish hour break for lunch and rest in the afternoon, and around 6 we will adjourn for a meal and conversation. Please do not make any other Saturday evening plans. We will spend the evening together, then take time for rest and integration either here or at home. Sunday will follow the same schedule, we will bid farewell at around 6 pm.
Meals are simple, delicious, and nourishing, designed to accommodate most diets, including keto, vegetarian and gluten-sensitive. Please contact us in advance to discuss any serious food allergies or reactions.
Tenting on the land, or bringing bedding for sleeping in the workshop space, is included in the workshop fee. A limited number of private, or shared, bedroom spaces are available for an additional donation. Contact us for more information.
We anticipate this event to fill to capacity. Register early, and please contact us if you require financial assistance to attend.
We strive to be a caring community. If you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending in order to protect others.
We reserve the right to cancel at any time. Participants can contact us prior to the retreat for a full refund in case of illness. Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded as follows: No refunds within four days of the event start. Between 10 days and 4 days before event start: 50% refund. Three weeks to 10 days before event start: 75% refund. Three weeks or more before event start: 100% refund, less a $35 processing fee.
