The event begins on Friday night at 7.  On Saturday and Sunday mornings we start with a shared breakfast, and meet in the studio at 10.  We will play in the studio together until dinnertime, taking a nice long break for lunch, rest, and community.  Expect to spend Saturday evening together enjoying a luxurious dinner and social evening.  We will close on Sunday at approximately 6pm.

Meals are homemade and wholesome.  The menu includes simple choices that can accommodate omnivores, vegetarians, and ketogenic diets, as well as gluten-free.  Please feel free to contact us with dietary concerns and be sure to notify us of any serious allergies.  We dine family-style in a homey environment, cooperating in serving and cleaning up.   

We do welcome you to stay on the property and preserve the container of your experience.  Tenting on the land or bringing bedding and staying in the workshop space are complimentary.  A limited number of private and semi-private accommodations are available for an additional fee. Local participants are of course free to return home for rest.

We aspire to be a safe, inclusive and accessible community.  If finances are an obstacle for your attendance, please contact us and allow us to support you.  If you are feeling unwell, please protect others and stay home (a full refund is available in case of illness).  Finally, although Biodanza is for all bodies, this venue includes stairs.  The movement studio is on the second floor, with restrooms on the ground floor.
