Embracing chaos is an acquired ability and a skill most needed in these troubled times.

Life is an ever-changing movement that takes us in and out of balance in an everlasting dance. Chaos is calling for order. On one side there is the possibility of sitting in the very eye of the hurricane, finding safety in the observer stance. On the other, the opportunity of embracing chaos, diving deep in the sea of unformed possibility to grasp the promise of a new structure.

Finding balance in the heart of chaos is a dance of audacity and presence.

Together we will support and teach each other how to navigate these strange times we are living in, to bring balance to the very heart of chaos! This Friday Open Evening Vivencia will bring the group into a 2-day long Biodanza journey into the possibility of deep transformation and a joyfully-guided return.
